I have found out that some people are getting hurt by their iPods and Apple knows. They are trying to downplay and keep the story hidden. It has taken 7+ months for a news station just to get the Consumer Product Safety Commisions documents on the product. Apple filed excempetion after excemption to stop such info from transferring hands.
